This week at Kiss 108 has been very interesting. I have learned that everyone at the station is very supportive and has my back 100%. I have also learned that the media can be your best friends, but also your worst enemy. Luckily, the media has my back during this situation. Kiss 108, Matty In The Morning Internship


Today my internship was a little bit on the boring side. I did not get much sleep last night which did not help with the boring day. The first thing the other interns & I did upon arrival was going on our Dunkin Donuts and CVS run. At CVS we grabbed 4 news papers, and at Dunkins we grabbed everyone breakfast. The order never changes, but every morning we have the call Kendra, the executive produce because her order changes on a daily basis. Today I sat on the phones the entire time. Unfortunately, we did not have many callers, so It was not as exciting as usual. We had a few ticket give-aways, but that was as fun as it gets.

Week 3, Day 1

Kiss 108, Matty In The Morning Internship

Today I arrived to the station at 6:00am because I over slept. This is my first time arriving late. I made sure to text Kendra (my internship supervisor) and I also informed the other intern so she can give Kendra the message just in case she did not receive my text. When I arrived to the internship, I made sure to jump right into Pod-casting and I did not waste any time. Even though I was late, I started my day positively. Since I was late, I made sure to go on the Panera run this morning, since the other intern went on the Dunkin Donuts/CVS run at 5:30am all alone because I was late. Something cool that happened today at the internship is that they have a Froyo machine in the lunch room. I'm very excited about this because we get to have an unlimited amount of frozen yogurt while on the job!
